Keen to get involved?

If you want to be part of a locally grown event, working alongside some of the best in the music industry, and enjoy a great line-up of live music, local growers and delicious food from across the MidCoast region, then we want you!

Grow Your Own Festival will:

  • provide you with a site induction

  • ensure you are best matched with your skill set where possible

  • match you with your preferred role where possible

  • provide you with a meal voucher and refreshments during shift

  • provide you free entry to the festival

In return we ask that you:

  • be aged 18 years or over at the time of the Festival

  • arrive on time for their allocated shift/s & carry out duties

  • work safely and adhere to the safety principles of the Festival

  • wear appropriate clothing and footwear for allocated duties

  • work positively as part of the Grow Your Own festival team

  • must not use or be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs at any time while volunteering at the festival

  • immediately notify the Volunteer Coordinator if unable to attend any shift

  • maintain the standards and values of Grow Your Own Festival.

To become part of the Grow Your Own volunteer team, we ask that you are available to volunteer:

  • at least 4 hours (1 shift) on festival day

    OR

  • at least 4 hours for set up and/or pack down days

  • attend a site and volunteer induction - this is compulsory for all volunteers and will take place at the volunteer tent located at the festival site.
